Introduction

The College of Maritime Transport and Technology is seeking legal research papers for a one-day international symposium on commercial and maritime law.

The symposium will encourage scholars and practitioners of commercial and maritime law background, especially those of the Arab world, to meet for discussing and following-up, new developments of commercial and maritime law and their implications on their respective countries.
